Creating a vision of what your life will be like when you are leading a healthy lifestyle can help to inspire and motivate you.


You could make a little vision board of what your lifestyle will be. Maybe you'll see yourself hiking or cycling or a lovely fresh walk on the beach or in the woods, with friends, family or the dogs.


Whatever makes you smile and desire - a picture will help you feel that way.
